Our Food

We take great pride in the food we provide for you at SMOKEHOUSE LIVE. Our team partners with local artisans and farmers to procure the freshest, seasonal ingredients possible. Our ‘cue – made from the highest quality beef, pork and poultry – is simply seasoned then smoked for hours in our Ole Hickory pits before it’s carved and served by weight at our counters. In keeping with our tenet of not cooking anything today for tomorrow, we occasionally sell out of certain proteins from the pits.
